23.02.2009 Lilly - Boehringer Ingelheim
From February 19 through 21, 2009 Lilly - Boehringer Ingelheim invited 350 doctors for an Investigator Meeting to Berlin. Beside intensive meetings participants could share their results of research. CES was responsible for staff, logistics and formal dinners.
28.11.2008 VW Bank Brasil - 10th Anniversary Incentive
CES was honored to organize the VW Bank Brasil Incentive Trip to Munich and Salzburg from November 23 through 26, 2008. Beside the hotel management and the complete logistics the CES team was honored to create and organize an eventful program including a memorable gala dinner at the Künstlerhaus in Munich.
16.10.2008 NBA Europe Live Tour 2009
After 12 years the NBA came back to Berlin! CES was appointed one more time as their partner for Germany! After Cologne in 2006 CES took care for the NBA teams; this time the Washington Wizards and the New Orleans Hornets. One of the highlight at the new o2 World was the action "NBA cares" prior to the game in the evening of October 14, 2009. The Pre-game-party took place at the VIP area at the arena.
13.06.2008 Parfum Launch with Kate Moss
The new fragrance of Coty was launched by Kate Moss in Berlin! CES has the honor to welcome the super model and her entourage. After the official announcement and introduction at the "Watergate", the very special guests enjoyed partying! All logistics and staff were provided by CES.
09.06.2008 BT Global Mobility Leadership Council
From June 3 through 5, 2008 BT invited their most important business clients to Berlin. The BT Global Mobility Leadership Council took place at the famous Hotel Adlon, just beside the Brandenburg Gate. CES was responsible for the complete event management, the social program, logistics and organization of the gala dinner.
05.05.2008 German Tax Congress 2008
On May 19 and 20, 2008 the German Tax Congress will take place at the Hotel Maritim Stauffenbergstraße in Berlin. CES will organize the social programme for the attendees which includes e.g. visits to the Federal Chancellery, the Federal Press Office, the zoo and the concert house.
25.04.2008 The Appleton Group Inc. - Spring Conference
The spring conference of the Appleton Group, a worldwide network of quality law firms, will take place from May 5-8, 2008 in Berlin. CES is responsible for the social programme as well as any evening functions. The gala dinner will be held at the breathtaking DZ Bank at Pariser Platz and surely will deeply impress all 250 guests.

Mid May will be very busy in Berlin due to the INTA congress taking place from May 17-21, 2008. During this time CES will take care of various groups and events such as for Thomson Compumark, Winston & Strawn, Fulbright etc. One of the highlights will be the Thomson Compumark dinner party with more then 3.000 participants.

CES is delighted to realize another very important meeting of GE Money from February 13-15, 2008 at the hotel InterContinental Frankfurt. The gala night will not just impress by its high quality food, but also by the planned Casino intermezzo. CES will also be responsible for the hotel management and logistics of the event.
